Columbia Prime Dental accepts all major insurance policies. Please bring your insurance card at the time of your visit. In addition, we accept all major credit cards and cash. Payment plans may be set up through our finance company. Be sure to ask about all the details during your visit.

We accept most PPO Insurance plans, but no HMOs at this time

Columbia Prime Dental works hand-in-hand with CareCredit Patient Payment Plans. CareCredit offers special financing options to patients at a reasonable rate through use of a CareCredit credit card. This credit card allows you to make easy monthly payments for dental treatments, rather than delaying treatment for financial reasons. Please contact our office for more details.
